I deliver Structured Literacy intervention to struggling readers, to build skills in basic reading, spelling, and fluency. Services I offer:
-Intensive reading intervention using the Lexercise program: We meet online for one lesson each week, and I assign practice games to be played independently four days each week. Optional additional meetings can address handwriting, sentence writing, text reading, vocabulary, and homework help.
-Homework help: help with reading and writing homework.
-Other reading programs or issues. Tell me what you need and we’ll see if I can help.
Most of my clients meet with me online. I also offer in-person meetings to clients who live in or near San Francisco.

About Clare Corcoran
Clare is Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist with an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has delivered Structured Literacy therapy to children since 2015. Clare taught adult literacy as a member of the ESL faculty at City College of San Francisco from 2016-2021. She taught English pronunciation as a member of the ESL faculty at the Academy of Art University from 2009-2016 Her commitment to using evidence-supported teaching methods led her to complete the Lexercise professional education in the science of reading, and become certified in Structured Literacy by Lexercise, in 2015.
